The Meritorious Service Cross for the military division was created in 1984 and the civil division was created in 1991. It recognizes a deed or activity that has been performed in an outstandingly professional manner, according to a rare or uncommonly high standard that brings considerable benefit or great honour to the Canadian Forces or Canada.

The replicas are mounted in a distinctive frame measuring 12" x 16" (30 cm x 40 cm) and is designed to highlight both sides of the decoration.  The maple leaf logo is embossed in silver.  As a personal touch your name is featured in an inscription which states that the decoration is a replica of the one presented to you by the Governor General of Canada.

Additionally, we have mounted, in an attractive frame measuring 8" x 10" (20 cm x 25 cm), an undress ribbon, miniature decoration and a lapel pin.  As a personal touch your name is featured in an inscription.
