NATO Veterans Organization

We are honored to host the newest member to our kitshop family which is the NATO Veterans Organization. The "NATO Veterans Organization" honors our Armed Forces who have served in the past in Europe and the Balkans and are still serving now in Afghanistan under NATO. It is a fast growing organization. The kitshop was launched on the 9 of February 2010 and many more items will be added.

Welcome to Joe Drouin Enterprises Ltd.

We specialize in mounting, supplying, and manufacturing both miniature and regular size medals, decorations, and various other accoutrements and accessories for both serving and retired military, fire prevention, and law enforcement personnel as well as their families, amongst others.

We supply the most recently issued medals, miscellaneous bars, and ribbon devices for Canadians as well as ribbons from the United States and the United Kingdom. We also supply crests, badges for either berets, blazers, insignias, or plaques of all types. T-shirts, baseball caps, berets, and teddy bears in a variety of uniforms are also available.

We manufacture a wide range of attractive jewellery for both men & women, key chains, lapel pins, and sports medallions of all shapes and sizes. Other items include, for example, necklaces, cufflinks, brooches, badges, and tie clips. All of these are produced from die stamping or molds, and are available in brass, silver plate, gold plate, bronze, as well as sterling silver or 10 carat gold. We also supply presentation boxes which may hold either a single item or several sets.

It is our mission to provide items of excellent quality, to send to our customers, their purchases, with the least possible delay, to give the best possible service that we can give and to offer to our customers the honesty and integrity that we would expect if we were them.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

BUSINESS HOURS

Joe Drouin Enterprises Ltd.'s regular business hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Should you wish to contact us outside of our normal working hours, please leave your name, phone number and a brief message on our 24-hour answering service or, better yet, send us a facsimile or an email!

ORDERING

We welcome large orders and we are prepared to negotiate special rates for such orders. Quotations on all prices, however, are valid for thirty (30) day, after which time prices are subject to change without notice. Unless production quality artwork is provided by the buyer, Joe Drouin Enterprises Ltd. reserves the right to make minor modifications required for producing the item in question.

We will try to match unspecified colours as closely as possible. Exact colour matching may require a special order and, as a result, it may incur and additional cost. In this event, the buyer will be informed of the extra costs and his/her authorization will be sought before we fill the order. The costs of manufacturing moulds and dies will be charged to the buyer. Moulds and dies are the sole property of Joe Drouin Enterprises Ltd. Exclusive manufacturing rights, however, belong to the buyer.

Artwork produced becomes the sole property of Joe Drouin Enterprises Ltd. and must be returned when it is loaned out. The buyer assumes any and all liability for patents and/or copyright infringements when the items are made to the buyer's specifications.

GUARANTEE

We take great pride in this business which is why we guarantee all of our material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to you as evidenced by a copy of your receipt. This warranty is limited to you and is non-transferrable. If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it within the thirty (30) day warranty period at our expense and we will make the necessary corrections to ensure your complete satisfaction or your money will be refunded. Should you have any questions regarding our customer satisfaction policy, please contact one of our staff members.

Returns must be done within 10 days of receiving your order. Send an e-mail to altitude@joedrouin.com outlining the reason for the return and we will issue a return authorization. Shipping costs will only be refunded if a product is being returned as result of a shipping error on our part.

PAYMENT

ALL Payments must be made in Canadian funds. They must also be either a money order or a personal cheque made out to Joe Drouin Enterprises Ltd. For faster delivery you may also pay via Visa or MasterCard. Sorry, we do not accept cash payments by mail. Visitors to our showroom may also use their Interac. Please note that a minimum deposit of 50% is required on all custom orders before we begin manufacturing your product. There will also be a setup charge on orders of 50 customized items or less. The GST (5%) will be added to all orders placed in Canada. Québec residents must also add the QST (7.5%) on their orders. There is a minimum shipping and handling fee is based on the weight of the package. All items will be shipped via ExpressPost mail to insure against any damage or loss. Please allow between 4 and 6 weeks for delivery on certain items. You will also note that there will be an overdue payment fee of two (2) percent per month on all outstanding accounts. Should this fee be levied, it will be reflected on your respective monthly statement.
